The room we booked was updated and spotless with a non-functioning refrigerator and comfortable beds and a vaulted ceiling as described. The location was marvellous - really close to San Francisco or San Jose and airport.

We can recommend staying at this low-budget hotel. Thanks for a very nice stay for a business trip. The location it offers is excellent, near to the airport and San Francisco, and San Francisco or San Jose. Go sightseeing and visit Dragon Theater, set at a short distance from the venue. The staff is welcoming and accommodates all of guests' needs.

The food was good - a lot of options. Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was n't kept very clean and available with a fridge, a non-functioning refrigerator, a trashed bathroom. The hotel's location was particularly good and easy, short walk to the nearby hospitals, and restaurants.

It would be easier to say what I didn't like instead of what I liked about this hotel!!! I loved everything about this hotel. It was so nice!! I loved the hotel, and the lady at the front desk was so nice! It was just so perfect.
The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that a person was yelling at his wife down stairs.

There was mold in the room. One of the beds was totally worthless. Generally just an awful feel about the place. Only stayed one night even though paid for two. Will never return.

This place is the worst of the worst the staff is rude there is a $200 holding deposit charged to your card at the time of check in. Wtf... Are you kidding me for two nights a this dumpy the total was $342 this is no where near a four seasons. The paint was coming off the wall. The bathroom was very out dated although my son enjoyed the sink and toilet a toddler height I did not. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable none of the pillows matched the other the paint was peeling off the wall and the holes in the carpet had lots of cigarette burns. And last but not least anyone like bedbugs yes bed bugs
