We enjoyed a cozy two-night stay in the Deluxe Double Room. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly Renee, who always made us feel welcome. Although the heater was a bit noisy, the room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family trip. Tip, consider earplugs for a better night's sleep!

Had a pretty decent experience overall. The room was spacious and clean, just what we needed after a long day. Plus, the staff was super friendly. I mean, Salina and Felicia at the front desk really went above and beyond to help us out.

Easy access to transportation made this stay ideal, with a quick 12-minute walk to the railway station. The room was spacious, featuring two double beds and a small office area, which was perfect for my needs. Cleanliness was satisfactory, although the room was only serviced weekly. While the decor felt somewhat outdated and the lack of a closet might be a concern for some, the overall experience met my requirements well.

great stay for a quick trip

Big room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and plenty of pillows. The outdoor swimming pool is nice, and sun loungers were available. Also, easy to get to the freeway and a close drive to Redwood City center. There’s an IHOP next door which is super convenient since breakfast wasn’t included.

The room decor was nice, but the towels were extremely thin.

This place was a good fit for a date night in Redwood City with great value for money. Renee at the front desk was amazing, keeping things cheerful even with a disgruntled customer. Be prepared for some noise from nearby guests during the night.
